This course is designed to support counsellors in developing a neurodiversity-informed approach to practice. You will explore how neurodivergence is experienced, how therapy can unintentionally create barriers, and how to adapt your approach to improve clarity, attunement, and accessibility. The course combines theory, reflection, and practical application—supporting you to work more ethically, flexibly, and collaboratively with neurodivergent clients.
